Our Restaurant

Our restaurant is an ideal choice for those who like to travel without renouncing the pleasure of high quality meals. Those who want to make their corporate meetings, events or ceremonies unforgettable thanks to an exclusive menu can taste the specialities of Emilia Romagna, which are among the most popular ones in Italy and the rest of the world, or try more creative dishes proposed by our Chef.

 

Our Chef

MICHELE GESUALDO

Chef Gesualdo studied at the Hotel Management & Catering School “E. Mattei” in Vieste (FG), where he graduated in 1994. He had his first professional experiences in several restaurants and accommodation facilities in Gargano, Apulia, such as the restaurant “Il Dragone” and Hotel Degli Aranci.
He then moved to the northern part of Italy and worked in the regions of Trentino and Valle d’Aosta and in Firenze, Modena and Reggio Emilia, where he currently lives and works. In Firenze, he worked at the famous Hotel Brunelleschi; in Modena, he was employed at Caffè Concerto, a popular café located in the central Piazza Grande.

Traditional and creative cuisine accompanied by a rich selection of wines and beers. On request, we also plan food & wine tours to discover local specialities.

 

BUSINESS

Simple, quick, yet varied, tasty and high quality light lunches or buffet lunches, specifically designed to enhance the well-being of our guests who participate in meetings, courses or conventions.

Welcome happy hour and coffee break options are also available for our customers who arrange their business meeting here, as well as single portion take-away meals that the participants can enjoy right in the conference rooms.

SPORT

The teams who stay with us doing their training retreat or before a match can enjoy meals prepared by our chef in collaboration with their medical staff, specifically designed to help the athletes give their best in any sports discipline.

EVENTS AND CEREMONIES

Our guests can enjoy buffet or waited meals in the dining room or in the garden. We can prepare menus to suit any special occasion: gala dinners, weddings, receptions, children parties or graduation, birthday and anniversary parties.

PERSONALISED

Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available, as well as meals suitable for those who suffer from food allergies or intolerances and meals in compliance with religious restrictions; every dietary requirement will find a tasty and appealing solution.

Any kind of breakfast is available at Remilia Hotel, thanks to our wide choice of sweet and savoury foods served on our buffet: cakes and pies of our production, fresh pastries, croissants, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereals, boiled or scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables.

We also have special sections for gluten-free, organic and local products and a selection of fitness foods for athletes and for anyone who want to stay in shape even when they travel.

During the warm season, our guests can enjoy their breakfast out in the Summer Garden.

SUMMER GARDEN

Our spacious garden with its hedges, trees and alleys is available for our guests.

It is also possible to set tables and gazebos for business lunches or ceremonies involving up to 150 people.

In case of unpredictable rain, we are ready to welcome the participants inside our wide inner rooms for the rest of the event.

During the warm season, our guests can have breakfast in the garden.
