Remilia Hotel is an ideal venue for business meetings, conferences, presentations and any other kind of corporate or social event. Our four modular rooms, all lit by the natural light thanks to the large windows, can host up to 150 people. All of them are equipped with:

The room consists of the union of Rossena with Cavallerizza. It is suitable for meetings, courses, medium-sized events, exhibitions or happy hours and coffee breaks during events held in the adjacent room (Ghiara).

Ghiara opens on a wide terrace overlooking the Summer Garden. It can host meetings, courses and medium-sized events. The adjacent room, Canossa, can be used as an exhibition space or recreational area during meetings.

CORREGGIO 150 m2

The room is located on the mezzanine floor. It is equipped with a desk for the registration of participants and includes a coffee break area. The glass sliding doors allow to set a showroom in case of exhibitions or fashion shows and make it easy to arrange and take down any equipment in the most convenient way.

TEMPORARY OFFICE

The conference rooms can be reserved for a few hours or longer periods and serve as temporary offices: an excellent solution for sales representatives on business trips and local or foreign companies in need of a comfortable, well-equipped and easily accessible place to work, meet customers, conduct job interviews and arrange meetings.

COMPANY AGREEMENTS

Are you a business owner? Do you, your employees or representatives travel a lot for work? Set an agreement with us: you will benefit from special rates on our rooms and restaurant services. If you need a place to work during your stay, you can reserve one of our conference rooms as a temporary office.

OFFERS FOR EXHIBITIONS

Remilia Hotel is in the immediate surroundings of the Exhibition centre of Reggio Emilia, the Mediopadana station and the motorway exit. That is why we offer preferential rates to exhibitors and visitors who participate in the main events that take place in Reggio (like Mostra Mercato del Fumetto) as well as in other locations that can be easily reached from here, such as Parma (Cibus, Mercanteinfiera), Modena and Bologna (Cosmoprof, Cersaie, Autopromotech, Saie).
